Currency All items listed are in New Zealand dollars.

Delivery Wherever possible, stock items are delivered in New Zealand within 3 working days of your payment being cleared. All shipments will be by ParcelPost. If an item is out of stock we will notify you and provide you with an approximate delivery date.

Overseas Orders We are happy to accept overseas orders and aim to deliver stock within 5 to 10 working days of cleared payment. You will be notified of any out of stock item together with an extimated delivery date. We regret that we cannot accept returned items from our overseas customers.

Shipping and Packaging Fees Packaging and shipping fees are charged on all orders. These costs will be notified to you on confirmation of receipt of your order and your order will not be processed until you confirm that you are happy with these charges.

Shortages and Damage We cannot accept any claim for goods received with shortages unless advised by phone within 4 working days of receipt and damaged items within 24hrs of receipt. Confirmation is required in writing. Goods returned must have been authorised, we will not accept any that have not been authorised prior to receipt.

Returns Undamaged goods returned due to customer error will be issued credit following the deduction of a $5.00 restocking charge. We cannot accept any items showing signs of being used, displayed or in such a condition as to render them not re-sellable.

Refunds Refunds are only given on monies paid arising from our error.

Variations in Material We cannot accept responsibility for colour and texture variations which may occur occasionally.

Prices We reserve the right to alter prices without prior notification.

Responsibility Optional Extras and all personnel take no legal responsibility after the goods have been purchased.

Privacy We will not sell, trade, rent or give individually identifying information to third parties without your permission and will not disclose it unless required by law. Optional Extras use the personal information collected from you in the order process to help us deliver your order, to contact you about your order if we have questions and to improve our service to you.
